To install the MetaMask extension on your Chrome browser, follow these steps:
Open Chrome Browser: Launch your Chrome web browser on your computer.
Go to the Chrome Web Store: Navigate to the Chrome Web Store by entering the following URL into your browser's address bar: Chrome Web Store.
Search for MetaMask: In the search bar at the top left corner of the Chrome Web Store, type "MetaMask" and press Enter.
Find MetaMask Extension: Locate the MetaMask extension in the search results. It should be listed as "MetaMask - Buy, Send, Swap Crypto" by MetaMask.io.
Install MetaMask Extension: Click on the "Add to Chrome" button next to the MetaMask extension listing.
Confirm Installation: A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation to add the extension. Click on the "Add extension" button to confirm.
Wait for Installation: Chrome will begin downloading and installing the MetaMask extension. Once installed, you'll see the MetaMask icon appear in your browser's toolbar, usually located in the top-right corner.
Set Up MetaMask: Click on the MetaMask icon in the toolbar to open the extension. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your MetaMask wallet. If you already have a MetaMask wallet, you can import it using your seed phrase.
